How do I get the book?
A download link arrives in your email the moment payment goes through — usually within a minute. It is a PDF. It opens on a phone, a tablet, or a computer, and you can print it if you would rather hold it.
Is anything mailed to me?
No. Everything here is a download. Nothing arrives in the mail and there is no shipping charge.
Is this medical advice?
No, and I will not pretend otherwise. These are educational guides about traditional practice. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Speak to your doctor before you change anything, especially if you take prescribed medicine.
Can I get a refund?
No. Because every guide is delivered to you the moment you pay, and a file cannot be handed back, all sales are final. I would rather tell you that plainly here than surprise you with it later.
So read the description before you buy. Every listing says what is in the guide, how long it is, and who it is for. And if you are not sure whether one is right for you, write to me first and ask — I will tell you honestly, including if I think it is not what you need. I would rather talk you out of the wrong guide than take your money for it.
See the full refund policy.
I did not get my email.
Check the spam folder first — that is where it hides nine times out of ten. If it is not there, write to support@jadabrownwellness.com with the email you used and the name of the guide, and I will send it to you by hand. That is not a refund question, it is a delivery question, and there is no time limit on it. You paid for the guide, so you get the guide.
Can I share it with a friend?
Please do not. These are for your own use. If someone you know would find it useful, send them here and let them buy their own copy — that is what keeps me able to write the next one.
Can I read it on my phone?
Yes. It is a PDF and it opens on anything. If the text is small, most phones let you pinch to zoom.
