<p>Every product sold by Jada Brown Wellness is a digital download. Your file is delivered immediately after payment and cannot be returned, recalled, or un-read.</p>

<p><strong>For that reason, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is complete.</strong></p>

<p>Please read the product description carefully before you buy. Each listing states what the guide covers, how many pages it is, and what format it arrives in. If you are unsure whether a guide is right for you, contact us before purchasing and we will answer honestly — including telling you if we think it is not what you need.</p>

<h2>If your download does not work</h2>

<p>This is not a refund matter, it is a delivery matter, and we will always put it right.</p>

<p>If your download link does not arrive, expires before you use it, or the file will not open, email <strong>

support@jadabrownwellness.com</strong> with the email address you used at checkout and the name of the guide. We will send the file to you directly. There is no time limit on this and no charge for it. You paid for the guide; you are entitled to receive it.</p>
